Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping address and external factors such as public holidays or weather conditions.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 days depending on product availability.
Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India may take up to 10 working days for delivery.

Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been shipped.

In most cases, orders marked as delivered are received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office reception/mailrooms.
If you believe your order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
We will immediately raise the concern with our courier partner and conduct an investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.
In genuine cases, a full refund will be processed after successful verification.
Requests raised after the specified timeframe may limit our ability to take action, and Levue Studio will not be liable for losses beyond this period.
