Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Exchange & Return

  • All exchange and return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).

  • Requests will be accepted only after the customer informs us of the issue within the above time frame.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are applicable in cases of size issues or if an incorrect product is delivered.

  • You may request an exchange for another size or the correct product of the same value.

  • No additional charges will be applied for exchanges of equal value.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests.

  • If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.

Product Condition for Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags and sticker labels must be intact.

  • Items should be neatly folded and securely packed to avoid transit damage.

  • Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only in genuine cases of defective products.

  • For defective items, please email support@levuestudio.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the defective product

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or to the bank account provided by the customer.

Exceptional Returns

  • In rare cases where a return is approved despite correct delivery and no defects, a ₹100 deduction will be applied towards reverse pickup and logistics costs.

  • This deduction reflects increased logistics expenses.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Such variations are not eligible for return or refund.

  • If upon verification the defect is found to be caused by customer misuse or handling, no refund will be issued.

  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery to avoid disputes.

  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange or return request.

  • Used or washed products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

  • Free exchange is available for size issues, but refunds are not applicable for size-related concerns.

Levue Studio reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange or return request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
